Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Brown Rice
3/4 cup Salsa
15 oz Kidney Beans, Drained and Rinsed
3/4 cup Corn
15 oz Chicken Stock (Low Sodium)
3/4 oz Green Beans
1 – 2 Carrots (large)
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
2 lbs Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Step 1 :
Place the brown rice, salsa, kidney beans, corn, green beans, carrots and chicken stock in the instant pot. Stir to combine.


Step 2 :
Nestle the chicken breasts (leave them whole so they won’t get dry during cooking) down in the rice/liquid mixture. Sprinkle the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and salt partly over the chicken and partly over the liquid/rice mixture. Spread out the spices and mix some in with the liquid with spoon. (This doesn’t have to be precise. Just get some in with the rice and some on the chicken.)


Step 3 :
Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 24 minutes.
Step 4 :
Let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes and then quick release the rest of the pressure.


Step 5 :
Remove the chicken breasts and shred into bite-sized pieces. Fluff the rice with a fork and mix in the chicken and shredded cheese.


Step 6 :
Serve topped with cheese, hot sauce and chips for dipping. Enjoy!

907 grams Beef cubed
1 to taste Salt and Pepper Seasoning.
3 Cups Liquid. Mushroom juice. Water. Wine Beef cube
5 Potatoes chopped
1 cup Carrots chopped + frozen peas
1 Onion chopped
4 stalks Celery chopped
2 cans Mushrooms. drained
3 Tablespoons Tapioca
3 Tablespoons Bread crumbs

Directions

Step 1 :
Add first 3 ingredients to pot
Step 2 :
High pressure. 20 minutes. 10 minute release.
Step 3 :
Add all but last 2 ingredients. Stir.
Sprinkle last 2 ingredients on top.
Step 4 :
High pressure. 10 minutes. 10 minute release.

2 pounds Stew meat
1 tsb salt
1 tsb black pepper
1 finely chopped Onion
2 sliced celery stalks
1 2-3 cloves fresh garlic bulb
1 6oz tomato be paste
1 32oz Beef broth
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
2 cups baby carrots
5 4 to 5 bite size cut red potatoes
1 Tbs Dried parsley
1 tsb Oregano
1 cup frozen peas or mix vegetables
1 cup frozen corn or mix vegetables
1 1/4 cup water
1 1/4 cup flour

Directions

Step 1 :
combine all ingredients in pot except water, flour, frozen vegetables. and those ingredients for 15 minutes on warm after stew is cooked. add flour and water for desired thickness if needed.

cooking instapot on stew setting meat or high pressure cooker for 35 minutes then release pressure.

Or 7 hours in crock pot on High till done.
